Job Description

Role: Business Development Manager (Real Estate, Retail)

Location: Bangalore, WFO

What youll be doing:

As the Manager of the Business Development team - you will be responsible for managing the Business Development and Client Management vertical with key deliverables. Most of these tasks will require the candidate to be entrepreneurial - in how one thinks, works and grows the business.

You will be responsible for:

Cultivating and managing strategic partnerships: You will identify and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand owners and real estate developers. Your goal is to secure partnerships that benefit both LiteStore and our partners.

Driving revenue growth: You will lead the development and execution of business development strategies, with a focus on acquiring new brands and expanding our footprint across India.

Market analysis and competitor research: You will stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, using your insights to identify new opportunities and develop winning strategies.

Negotiating contracts: You will be responsible for negotiating mutually beneficial contracts with brands and developers, ensuring terms that align with LiteStores goals.

Building a strong network: You will actively build relationships with industry professionals, attending events and conferences to expand your network and stay ahead of the curve.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

3-5+ years of experience in business development or a related field.

A proven track record of building strong relationships and securing successful partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

A passion for retail and a strong understanding of the Indian market.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior Retail and Sales Experience will be considered
