Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Project Management & Implementation Department to administer, coordinate, and monitor project requirements, progress, and deliverables to meet customer needs within allocated resources. Support the development of products and services while ensuring alignment with project objectives and standards. Act on behalf of the Project Manager when required, managing project phases, smaller projects, or program components. Collaborate with specialists, clients, and vendors to manage risks, resolve issues, and deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage project contracts, budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful delivery within time and cost targets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans while escalating issues when required.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, schedules, budgets, and cost-tracking records.
  • Administer procurement activities, contracts, financial records, and project-related documentation.
  • Facilitate project meetings, communicate updates to stakeholders, and deliver effective presentations.
  • Capture and analyze lessons learned, including best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Support project change management by coordinating schedule, scope, cost, and deliverable modifications.
  • Ensure efficient working conditions and resource utilization to achieve project objectives cost-effectively.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and lead small projects under senior management supervision.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, quality standards, and HSE regulations while driving continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of project coordination, project management, or onsite experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, documentation management, attention to detail, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
