Farmer Service Associate
Looking for a passionate on field person to deliver day to day advisory services to farmers at a globally recognized Agri-tech startup

- Onboard new farmers to Kheyti greenhouse program.
- Train the onboarded farmers on maintenance of Greenhouse and protected cultivation.
- Resolve farmers’ agronomy-related queries and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement by telecalling and coordinating field visits and campaigns to increase awareness of best practices.
- Farmer database maintenance.
- Work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations.
- Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers.
Qualifications
- Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture
- Enthusiastic about expansion and local mobility
- Knowledge on horticulture/crop management
