Job Description
- Role Overview:
As an Inventory Management Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to assist in monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and managing warehouse space. You will also be involved in shipment coordination, tracking and coordinating the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery, and managing transportation with carriers and vendors. Your role will require maintaining accurate records of all logistics activities, shipments, and inventory. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers to provide updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and conducting stock checks
- Track and coordinate the movement of goods for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, shipments, and inventory
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers
- Prepare and process various logistics documents such as packing lists, invoices, and shipping forms
- Identify and help resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, or other logistical problems
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with safety, security, and regulatory requirements
- Input shipment and inventory data into databases and logistics software
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other software to manage shipments
- Provide general administrative and office support to the logistics team
- Support efforts to optimize logistics processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency

Qualifications Required:
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Tamil language is preferred
