Job Description

    You will be responsible for engaging with customers to comprehend their needs, providing expert advice and personalized solutions. Guiding customers through product features and advantages, you will assist them in making well-informed purchasing decisions. Building enduring relationships with both new and existing customers is crucial to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Additionally, you will follow up with customers post-sale to confirm satisfaction and address any potential issues.
    It is essential to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered to deliver accurate information to customers. Collaborating with the sales team and management, you will contribute to the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
    This position offers various job types including full-time, part-time, permanent, fresher, and internship opportunities. The compensation package includes a performance bonus. The work schedule consists of day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift options. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required for this role. The work location is in person.
