Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Dubai. The Sales Associate will drive customer engagement, assist clients in identifying suitable solutions, and provide exemplary customer service. Responsibilities will include managing inquiries, maintaining relationships, meeting sales targets, and staying knowledgeable about the company's products and services. Additionally, the role requires consistent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and partners effectively.
  • Experience with sales strategies, negotiation, and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

    Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer-focused solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to analyze sales data and trends.

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment while managing priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus.
