Role Summary
As a Beauty Consultant at Kimirica Mumbai The Trees, you will be the face of the brand in our retail store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, provide personalized product recommendations, and create a premium shopping experience for every customer.

Greet, engage, and assist customers with warmth and professionalism. Understand customer needs and provide tailored advice on skincare, bath, body, and lifestyle products. Demonstrate product usage, benefits, and brand stories to inspire purchases. Drive retail sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store targets. Maintain store hygiene, product displays, and stock levels. Support in-store events, product launches, and promotions. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits. Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business goals.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred). 6 months+ of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty, makeup, skincare, or luxury lifestyle brands. Passion for customer service and ability to create memorable experiences. Well-groomed, confident, and enthusiastic personality. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and retail shifts.,
