Our Global HR Services team acts as the central point of contact for all employee life cycle operations, maintaining our HR global policies and processes, and providing exceptional HR transactional guidance and employee experience to a global employee base. Our team strives to create an environment in which all employees can thrive and do their best work. The HR Services Associate is responsible for executing a broad range of tasks within the Hubs service scope, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery aligned with established processes and procedures. This role also fosters collaboration with colleagues across the broader HR team to enhance the employee and manager experience. Additionally, the HR Services Associate may contribute to team development by mentoring or training less experienced members of the HR Service Hub team.
The HR Services Associate is a key member of the HR Services Hub team, committed to delivering exceptional support for HR inquiries, providing a best-in-class onboarding experience, managing content effectively, and ensuring efficient processing of HR transactions. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, this role supports employees, managers, and HR sub-functions.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the onboarding processes for the Asia Pacific region, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for new hires while driving continuous improvement. Take full ownership of the end-to-end onboarding, benefits administration, and background check processes, maintaining accuracy and delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- Lead the management of all HR data change processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Continuously identify and implement improvements to transaction workflows, with a focus on enhancing manager self-service capabilities and promoting self-service adoption among managers and employees.
- Utilize ServiceNow as the primary tool for case and content management, responding to routine (Tier 1) inquiries and efficiently escalate complex issues (Tier 2/3) to the appropriate subject matter experts.
- Support regional HR team members to enhance and develop the HR services procedures, systems, and processes, while creating global standards. Maintain, administer, and update case management tool on an ongoing basis
- Perform a range of HR transactional and administrative tasks, including creating and maintaining employee records, supporting offboarding processes, generating standard reports, assisting with audits and compliance requests, and contributing to the publication of HR articles.
- Lead and/or support on special projects and initiatives related to process improvements, employee and manager self-service, and/or technology implementations as needed.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of Hub operating procedures and guidelines
- College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations and/or HR Shared Services in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment
- Experience with HRIS, case management, and content management tools
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events and transactions with a strong customer service focus (preferred)
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to adhere to well-defined processes and operating procedures while driving continuous improvement
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and escalate tasks as needed
- Ability to thrive in an agile, rapidly changing environment, with a sense of urgency for high-priority tasks
