About the Role - Execute the operational day to day activities of the Banking & PSP team; i.e. payments, complex reconciliations and journal entries; and serve as subject matter experts for allocated banks & PSPs

Responsibilities

• 
  Payment input - including but not limited to supplier payments, PSP top ups/withdrawals, liquidity transfers, affiliate payments, Concur payments
• Bank accounting - prepare/load to Access as required based on bank statement activity (including payments made) for allocated bank account
• PSP reconciliations - perform reconciliations for allocated (more complicated) payment service providers, i.e. matching settlements to customer deposits/withdrawals
• PSP accounting - journal posting of fees, chargebacks, top ups/withdrawals & other items as required to Access. Month-end PSP accounting (fee accruals etc.) for allocated PSP
• Month-end reconciliations - for allocated banks & PSPs, matching statements to trial balance at month-end

Qualifications - 3+ years experience in finance with solid cash & bank accounting background

Required Skills

• ACCA / equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience in a multi-currency and multi-entity organization
• Advanced Excel skills
• Self-Starter, outgoing, looking to excel and make a difference
• Proactive and responsible attitude to workload with ability to work autonomously when required
• Experience with account reconciliation software
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills
