Job Description
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide customer information, leads, and opportunities with relevant internal stakeholders to strengthen company’s understanding, innovations, and response.
- Establish processes to identify and close competence gaps and create learning environment which enables salesforce to meet its target and goals.
- Identify and target potential customers in alignment with the company’s growth strategy.
- Open to Candidates based in, or willing to relocate to the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/ Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Specialty Chemicals/Pharma/Lubricants.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region as needed.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
