Project Manager (Microsoft)

This role is with a Dubai-based technology adoption company that has enabled over 105,000 users in the UAE since 2016, and has delivered more Microsoft Copilot projects in the country than any other partner.

They specialise in M365, Copilot, employee experience, and digital workplace adoption for some of the largest enterprise and government organisations in the region.

They are now mobilising for one of their largest engagements to date: a 12-month enterprise AI adoption programme covering 10,000+ Microsoft 365 licences across multiple entities under a major UAE client.

What will you be doing

• Owning end-to-end delivery of a 12-month enterprise AI adoption programme spanning multiple entities and parallel workstreams
• Running programme governance: steering committees, executive checkpoints, status cadence, RAID logs, master plan
• Acting as the central coordination point between the client, Microsoft, and delivery partners
• Managing parallel workstreams across adoption, change management, and technical delivery leads
• Tracking programme KPIs, adoption metrics, and delivery quality across all engagements
• Setting the standard for delivery as the firm scales its enterprise AI practice

• 6 to 10 years of project or programme management experience in large enterprise or government environments
• PMP certification, or an equivalent recognised programme qualification
• Fluent Arabic, both spoken and written
• A demonstrable track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes
• Strong governance pedigree: steering committees, executive reporting, formal RAID and dependency management
• UAE or GCC delivery experience, with credibility in front of government and semi-government clients
• Microsoft 365, Copilot, or enterprise AI rollout experience is a real plus
