Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 15,00020,000 per month

A well-established UK-based university is looking for a Marketing and Government Relations Executive to build, promote, and represent their brand in Dubai.

This role requires a fluent Arabic speaker and ideally a background within Education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate marketing, recruitment, and brand-building initiatives across programmes, including the Global MBA
• Manage marketing operations, events, sponsorships, memberships, and partner deliverables (online and onsite)
• Build and maintain strong corporate, government, alumni, and stakeholder relationships to support recruitment and business development
• Drive lead generation and recruitment support through events, digital campaigns, CRM tracking, and candidate engagement
• Analyse CRM and marketing performance data to produce insights, ROI reports, and strategic recommendations

• Fluent in English and Arabic languages
• Strong experience with CRM systems, lead tracking, marketing automation, and data reporting
• Proven ability to manage events, stakeholders, agencies, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, presentation, organisational, and relationship-management skills
• Must be willing to travel on a quarterly basis.
• Ideally come from and Education background
