Job Description

As a Solution Architect within the Professional Services team at Kissflow, you will play a crucial role in driving customer success by delivering transformative solutions for enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will include providing technical leadership, mentoring technical leads and development teams, and enforcing architectural best practices to ensure scalability and performance. You will lead end-to-end solution design on the Kissflow platform, translating high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Developing expertise in Kissflow's features and capabilities will be essential as you become the go-to specialist for complex projects and solutions, positioning Kissflow as a key component of each client's digital strategy. In addition to providing hands-on development of enterprise solutions, you will architect seamless integrations with systems like CRM and ERP to ensure data flow and system compatibility.
Engaging with stakeholders at both executive and operational levels, you will capture their vision and translate it into actionable solutions while building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle. Continuous assessment of workflows and identification of opportunities for improvement will be part of your role, ensuring that solutions are not only functional but also optimized for efficiency and growth.

Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, solution standards, and integration models to contribute to the intellectual capital of the organization. Staying ahead of industry trends in low-code development and exploring new methodologies and technologies will be crucial to driving customer success and enhancing Kissflow's solution offerings.
To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in architecting solutions in low-code environments, along with expertise in APIs, web services, and enterprise integration strategies. Strong analytical and problems-solving abilities, customer-centric communication skills, leadership qualities, and relationship-building skills will be essential for success in this position.,
