#Salary- 3 LPA TO 4 LPA

#Job location - Uttarpradesh entire location with flexibility for some remote work. The Lap Sales manager/Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the team, setting goals, and ensuring the required productivity of Loan Disbursement. Also team members should be self motivated and productive. They will also collaborate with other departments to drive business objectives and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications: -

Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills

Knowledge of financial services and consumer credit

Experience in project management and goal setting

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Related field Experience of atleast 2 years

Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred
