Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager Collections & Compliance with a strong background in portfolio management, collections analytics, MIS reporting, compliance governance, and financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in NBFC/Fintech collections operations and advanced Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor bucket-wise performance (X, 130, 3160, 61–90, 90+ DPD).
• Track roll rates, recovery %, delinquency trends, and portfolio efficiency.
  
• Prepare Daily MIS, Weekly MIS, and Monthly Business Review reports.
• Ensure adherence to RBI/NBFC compliance guidelines and governance protocols.
• Conduct reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Develop Excel dashboards (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match).
• Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare leadership presentations with actionable portfolio insights.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Finance / Commerce / Business Administration
