Job Description
- As a ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, and customizing various FSM modules within the ServiceNow platform. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) modules such as Workforce & Resource Management, Work Order Management, Appointment Scheduling, Dispatcher View, Mobile App for FSM Agents, Asset & Inventory Management, Now Assist for FSM, Surveys, and Analytics.
- Implementing and supporting ITSM and custom Service Portals.
- Building integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and eBonding.
- Developing scripts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, AngularJS, and Jelly.
- Conducting workshops, user training, and creating documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
- Performing testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integrations with other systems.
To excel in this role, you are required to have:
- A total of 8 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years specifically in FSM.
- A strong understanding of ServiceNow core platform security, compliance, and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
