Job Description

You will be joining KKR & Co. Inc., a leading global investment firm that specializes in alternative asset management, capital markets, and insurance solutions. In our Gurugram office, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch services to our internal stakeholders and clients. Your responsibilities will include driving organization-wide process efficiency and transformation to reflect KKR's global culture and values. This role requires you to work from the office five days a week.
As a Manager Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting for the Private Markets strategies at KKR. Your main duties will revolve around ensuring operational excellence in fund financial operations, maintaining accurate reporting, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

To excel in this role, you should possess 7-12 years of experience in private fund and partnership accounting, with a preference for an accounting major or CA qualification. Prior experience in Private Equity Fund Administration or Audit would be advantageous. Strong financial acumen, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across different teams are essential qualities for this position.
You will be expected to demonstrate a high level of integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to your responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, is required, and experience with Investran would be beneficial. Your ability to multitask, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and build strong relationships with colleagues locally and globally will be key to your success in this role.,
