Investment Banking Analyst - Debt Financing

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team focused on debt financing transactions for corporate clients.

What you will do: Support senior bankers in structuring and executing debt financings.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial modeling for debt financing transactions.
• Prepare credit analyses and presentations for clients and lenders.
• Support due diligence processes and document preparation.
• Manage client relationships and communication.
  
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including lenders, lawyers and other advisors.
• Maintain updated knowledge of relevant regulations and market trends.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Solid understanding of debt capital markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
