Venture Capital Associate - Investment Analysis

What role you will play in team: Contribute to the investment process by analyzing potential investment opportunities in early-stage technology companies.

What you will do: Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and prepare investment recommendations for review.

Key responsibility:

• Source and screen potential investments in early-stage technology companies.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation reports.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and decision-making.

• Monitor portfolio companies and provide support to portfolio management.
• Network with entrepreneurs and industry players.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or Master's degree in finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of the technology industry and venture capital investment landscape.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
