Quality Co-ordinator(Soft Goods, Textiles)

• Review all samples at various stages and provide sample analysis report to Quality Specialist to ensure samples are compliant and of an acceptable quality.
• Keep record of all approvals and maintain compliance folders for all products with required documentation.
  
• Make sure QA work adherence to company policy, standard, process and align with strategy
• Follow up with suppliers on sample submissions, testing timelines and inspection dates.
• Arrange all bookings with the 3rd party provider and ensure order handover deadlines are achieved. Assist Quality Specialist for inspections whenever required.
• Review 3rd party reports and work with suppliers on improvements wherever required under the guidance of Quality Specialist.
• Accountable for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety performance and celebrating safety achievements
• Reported and identified hazards are actioned
• Report site incidents
