Manager Compliance

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

* Lead a team of professional and paraprofessional staff, To fulfill Company’s statutory, tax and legal compliance requirements

* Leading the finance team for finalization of financial statements as per Indian GAAP and IFRS and responsible for statutory audit

* Improvement in Company’s internal controls and risk management capabilities

* Assist sales and supply chain team on commercial aspects of various transactions/projects and facilitates risk/benefit analysis

* Identifying and highlighting potential risks for the organization and making recommendations to the management for the purpose

* Assist in Tax audits and tax return filings as per the federal and local state level tax requirements

* Ensuring employee engagement and training on Company policies, processes and compliance requirements

* Formulating the Operating Business Plans and Long Term Growth strategy and assisting in execution through reviews and monitoring

Qualification:- 

• Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary with 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Knowledge of SAP, IND As, Secretarial compliance, Cost Accounting is must.
