Job Description

    Role Overview:
    As an Assistant Manager Pricing, Product Management at Knauf India, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company by identifying and securing contracts with potential customers engaged in construction projects. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and provide solutions to design challenges that comply with industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing specifications for architects and contractors, monitoring on-site construction, providing technical assistance to the sales team, and maintaining a strong brand presence in the target market.
    Key Responsibilities:
    - Identify and make contacts with potential customers engaged in target construction projects to secure specifications and contracts.
    - Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials for in-demand services and products.
    - Provide solutions to design and feasibility challenges to customers that comply with accepted standards in the domestic market.
    - Develop designs and specifications for architects, designers, and contractors to ensure KNAUF gypsum fibre products are specified.
    - Monitor on-site construction in collaboration with the contractor to provide advice and solutions to problems encountered.
    - Provide technical assistance and training to the local Knauf sales team, architects, and other decision-makers to build and maintain a strong project pipeline.
    - Maintain close contact with the Knauf Marketing Department to ensure a strong brand presence within the target market.
    - Utilize provided systems (Salesforce, etc.) to build account plans for focus customers and handle pricing activities to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies are implemented.

    - Masters degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing, along with 3+ years of relevant experience.
    - Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential.
    - Experience in a process-driven, premium Building Materials organization, preferably an MNC, with strong analytical and presentation skills.
    - Proactive, confident, and engaging personality with a hands-on approach and practical field experience.
    - Commercial mindset with a strong customer focus, open-mindedness, team spirit, and excellent analytical skills.
