Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst / Data Scientist with 24 years of experience in analytics and applied AI/ML. The role requires both independent ownership of analytical tasks and effective collaboration with finance, IT, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Apply data analytics and machine learning techniques to solve business problems and support decision-making.
• Write optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  
• Use data analytics and visualization tools to perform data cleaning, synthetic data generation, modelling, analysis, and visualization.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and similar tools.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support insights generation.
• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and convert them into analytical solutions or dashboards.
• Document analytical processes, insights, and project outcomes clearly and concisely.
• Support embedding of analytical reports into full-stack applications.
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL /MySQL/ PostgreSQL).

  Get Hired
  Strong Python programming skills with experience in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn and Random Forest.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard creation.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Recharts library for React (nice to have).
