Job Description
- As an IT Project Manager based in Surat, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing software development projects throughout their lifecycle. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery while adhering to scope and budget requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects, as well as defining project requirements in conjunction with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders. You will need to track project progress, manage risks, and utilize project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana for effective task tracking and reporting. Additionally, effective communication of project status, issues, and solutions to management and clients will be crucial.

To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field and possess 3-4 years of experience in IT project management. Furthermore, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and conduct post-project analysis for continuous improvement.,
