IT Procurement Ops Specialist

Your Job
The KBS Global Procurement Solutions team is looking for an IT Procurement Ops Specialist to join our team based in Bengaluru. The role supports multiple Koch companies to manage the creation of POs for IT-related purchases. The role works closely with business partners to understand their needs and to ensure the appropriate product is delivered timely, empowering our employees productivity. The ideal candidates will bring supply chain and/or procurement experience, strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, principled entrepreneurship and problem-solving skills, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What You Will Do

• Collaborating with internal business partners to understand objectives and articulate requirements accurately to supplier
• Procuring standard and non-standard requests for Hardware/Software/SaaS (could include RFQ, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation)
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure purchased goods and services meet the organizations needs and standards.
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of professional experience or a bachelors degree
  
• Fluent in English
• Ability to use translation tools as needed
• Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop productive and respectful relationships with internal and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, strong attention to detail, and appropriately prioritize.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand requirements and accurately relay information to another party
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management or other supply chain/procurement related program
• Experience in procurement/sourcing of IT hardware and software
• Negotiation skills, contract management experience, or supplier performance management experience
• Prior work experience in IT, or Business-related field

  Get Hired
• Experience with Coupa, Ariba and/or SAP procurement software
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products
  

Should be willing to work in US Hours between 4:00 PM 01:00 AM IST
Should be willing to work all 5 days from office.
