Our Team
The Koch Global Services (KGS) infrastructure organization is seeking an innovative, forward-thinking IT Product Owner to advance key strategies in support of our enterprise vision. We as an infrastructure team provide services such as Server / Hosting Management (patching, recovery and backups) to Koch businesses. As our team transforms how we serve our customers, you will have the opportunity to align with Koch businesses to ensure that our products meet current and future business needs. In this role, you will be accountable for guiding the success of Server / Hosting Management products by providing clear direction to team members and be a champion for the products. This includes driving the product vision and strategies, development of the technology roadmap, seeking alignment with business stakeholders, and partnering with finance to manage product costing.
What You Will Do

• Build strategic partnerships with customers; understand their IT strategies to ensure that Platform and products and priorities enable their transformational, Strategic, Lifecycle initiatives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize roadmap and feature requests that lead to value creation.
• Partner with architecture, engineering teams and market leaders to understand the market and leading practices within the marketplace for the products.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal capability groups to influence the product development roadmaps, innovation, and execution.
• Publish, communicate, and refine product roadmaps based on business value aligned with strategic priorities.
• Promote effective, clear, and transparent communications across customers, leaders, and capability groups.
• Facilitate the development and maintenance of service criteria, product economics, billing, and lifecycle management.
  
• Partner with other infrastructure capability groups to ensure products and services meet customer expectations as described in service catalogs.
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors Degree or higher in information systems, engineering, accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 7 years of experience with cross-functional IT teams and/or projects
• Deeper understanding of Infrastructure; Experience with strategy development.
• Strong economic, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization across the globe.
• Proven collaboration and influencing skills with peers and customers to gain alignment on objectives.

• Previous experience as an IT product owner, product manager or IT leader.

  Knowledge of ITSM best practices and capabilities.
• Foundational knowledge with IT infrastructure server, hosting, network and security technology.
• Experience with Agile mindset and methodologies.
• Experience with developing, managing technology roadmaps and prioritizing.
