In this role, you will lead and empower the cybersecurity team to maximize long-term value by
developing people, capabilities, and systems that proactively reduce cyber risk. You will lead
through vision, stewardship, and principle-based decision-making, ensuring the team continuously
closes the gap between current performance and potential.
Our Team
The Supervisor - Cyber Security supports the cybersecurity function, working closely with Incident
Response, Exposure Management, and technology teams to ensure enterprise security. The team
operates in an exciting and fast-paced environment, focusing on transforming outcomes rather
than just incremental improvement.
What You Will Do
Safety & Risk: Own the delivery and effectiveness of Exposure Management services,
including vulnerability discovery and risk-based prioritization. Provide strategic direction for
zero-day handling and KEV tracking.
Leadership & Coaching: Hire, develop, and retain contribution-driven employees. Provide
personalized coaching to help employees understand strengths, limitations, and growth areas.
Operational Excellence: Define and drive automation strategies to improve scalability and
decision quality. Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and eliminate low-value work.
Accountability: Define clear expectations and accountability standards. Remove barriers to
effective decision-making and collaboration.
Culture: Foster an inclusive environment encouraging challenge, knowledge sharing, and
constructive dissent. Promote a culture of preparedness and learning.
Resource Alignment: Assign work based on individual strengths and comparative advantage,
aligning individual capabilities with organizational goals.
Success Measures
Measurable risk reduction and effective stewardship of investment in security tools and
services.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related
technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity with leadership responsibility across
exposure management, risk, incident response, and automation.
Proven ability to move beyond tactical execution to set direction and drive sustained
improvement at a program level.
Demonstrated experience in hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing technical teams.
Strong enterprise security domain knowledge (Risk Management, Cloud Security, AppSec,
Network Security).
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior
leadership.
