Role Description

• Develop innovative natural ice cream flavours using premium ingredients.
• Curate seasonal product lines inspired by Italian gelato traditions and local flavours.
• Conduct recipe development, testing, and sensory evaluation.

• Maintain quality control and ensure flavour consistency across batches.
• Source natural, clean-label ingredients (herbs, florals, superfoods, authentic Italian flavours).
• Collaborate on menu innovation and limited-edition creations.
• Ensure HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety compliance.
• Train and mentor junior production staff.

Qualifications

• 36 years of experience in artisan ice cream, gelato, or frozen dessert creation.
• Strong understanding of natural flavor pairing, emulsification, and texture science.
• Experience with batch freezers, pasteurizers, and churning equipment.
• Knowledge of plant-based, dairy-free, and classic ice cream bases.
• Valid Food Handler Certificate.
