Job Description
- As an HR Business Partner at our company, your role will involve effective people management of the aligned business unit. You will engage with business leaders to enable and impact business success by ideating, conceptualizing, and implementing various HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with business to surface ground-level risks/challenges and devising solutions
- Consulting with managers to attract, develop, and retain the right talent
- Collaborating with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Reviewing and analyzing business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Managing annual and mid-year processes focusing on performance management and talent development
- Implementing innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives
- Developing and implementing employee surveys, including analysis and action planning
- Staying updated on industry trends in HR processes and recommending improvements

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization
- Strong business and HR acumen, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking
- High project management skills and ability to maintain a positive work environment
