Job Description
- You will be responsible for achieving the sales target assigned to you in the Sales department. This will include handling a team of Relationship Officers, acquiring new clients, and generating business in the Car Business sector. Your duties will also involve meeting individual and team targets, sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, and managing overdue collections. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring team productivity and motivation through training, both in product knowledge and general skills. You will manage both internal and external channels for business expansion and development, as well as coordinate with other departments such as Credit and Operations for loan processing and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving assigned sales targets

Qualifications Required:
- Relevant experience in Commercial Vehicle financing products from Banks/NBFC/Financial Institutions
