Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager for commercial vehicle loans in Vasai, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for achieving the sales targets, managing a team of Relationship Officers, acquiring new clients, and generating business in the commercial vehicle loan sector. Your role will involve overseeing individual and team targets, sourcing, servicing, and disbursing loans, managing overdue collections, ensuring team productivity, providing training, and expanding business channels. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with other departments for loan processing and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned sales targets
- Manage a team of Relationship Officers
- Acquire new clients and generate business in commercial vehicle loans
- Oversee individual and team targets
- Manage overdue collections
- Ensure team productivity and business growth
- Provide team motivation and training
- Conduct product training for existing and new team members
- Manage internal and external channels for business expansion
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations departments for loan processing and servicing
- Handle overdue collections and revenue generation processes

- Experience in Commercial Vehicle Asset Finance products, specifically in commercial vehicle loans (used & new) from Banks/NBFC/Financial Institutions
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in retail sales
- Strong client servicing skills
- Good financial, analytical, and communication skills
