HR Consultant

What role you will play in team: You will work with clients to assess their HR needs and develop and implement solutions to improve their workforce effectiveness.

What you will do: You'll conduct assessments, provide recommendations, facilitate workshops, and deliver presentations to clients. You'll be a trusted advisor on all things HR.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct needs assessments with clients to identify HR challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and implement HR solutions tailored to client needs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients.
• Deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• 
  Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR consulting or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Experience with various HR methodologies and tools.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
