Senior HR Consultant

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our consulting team, providing expertise on a wide range of HR solutions to our clients.

What you will do: You will work closely with clients to help them address their most pressing HR challenges.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct needs assessments and develop HR solutions tailored to client needs.
• Deliver consulting projects, including workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  
• Collaborate with other consultants within the team.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting.
• Strong consulting skills, including project management, client management and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
