Job Description

What role you will play in team: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level executive positions across various business units. Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored search strategies.

What you will do: Manage complex executive searches, leveraging your extensive network and experience to identify and attract top-tier talent.

Key responsibility:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive executive search strategies.
  • Conduct extensive research to identify potential candidates.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of searches.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative recruiting strategies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruiting.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives.
  • Extensive network of contacts in the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
