Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager understands the agency portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems. They support the day-to-day execution of advertising, consumer branding, social and digital programs. They manage the coordination and execution of digital solutions from concept to delivery, ensuring work is innovative, on strategy, within scope, and delivering on clients’ business objectives.

Responsibilities

· Establishes core relationships with clients

· Participates in the development of client marketing strategy

· Adequately represents client interests to team and facilitates effective workflow between project team members

· Sets up meetings, includes the appropriate stakeholders, and provides accurate agendas and precise, actionable meeting notes 

· Reports project status to client and delivers projects on time, on budget, and error free

Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in digital advertising agencies with a thorough understanding of the digital space

· Flair for digital communications

· Understanding of appropriate research techniques for strategy, creative, and media needs

· Capable of writing simple creative briefs and POV’s with supervision

· Ability to write accurate scopes by engaging appropriate discipline leads and asking detailed questions of clients to gain clarity around deliverables and needs

· Effective and creative problem solving skills, able to focus on the solutions not the problems

· Financial sense to ensure that the account runs effectively and profitability

· Ability to persuasively put forward the agency point of view

· Ability to judge creative work and comment effectively
