Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Manage relationships with a diverse portfolio of startup clients, including captive and non captive entities across various sectors.
- Act as a strategic banking partner, offering tailored financial solutions and advisory support.
- Gain exposure to one of the largest FDI infusion segments, with over $10 billion in annual investments.
- Leverage and apply knowledge across trade finance, compliance, regulatory frameworks, and treasury operations related to FDI.
- Structure and deliver short term financing options suited for startups with dynamic and volatile financial profiles.
- Understand and navigate real balance sheets while leveraging the companies varied cash and growth potential.
- Build strong relationships across the startup ecosystem: PE & Angel investors, VC firms, emerging soonicorns and unicorns.
- Client relationship management
- Startup & corporate portfolio handling
- Trade finance, treasury & FDI compliance
- Financial statement & cash flow analysis
- Credit assessment & problem solving
- Communication, presentation & negotiation
- Cross sell, up sell & business development
- Understanding of startup/VC/PE ecosystem

Qualification and Experience:
- Graduate / CA / MBA in finance / Marketing
- 4+ Years of relationship banking experience
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data
- Ability to build, maintain & manage client relationships.
