Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is seeking a Composite Relationship Manager for its Agri Business Group (ABG) to drive marketing and branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agribusiness and relationship management, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
The Composite Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in the ABGs marketing and branch operations, working closely with farmers, agribusinesses, and other stakeholders. This position requires a strategic and relationship-oriented approach to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing branch operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote ABGs products and services to farmers and agribusinesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including farmers, agribusinesses, and industry associations.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research and analysis.
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer service.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team on marketing and branch performance.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about agricultural policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing and relationship officers, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high ethical standards.
- A bachelors degree in agriculture, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in agribusiness, with a proven track record in relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, market dynamics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing and leading a team is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analytics tools for relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.
