• To Ensure Quality portfolio.
• To focus on improving Collections in the area assigned - individually and in a team.
• To ensure adherence MOPP Norms.
• To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
• To adhere to Audit requirement.
• To Ensure Good Coordination between individuals in the Team in Particular and Branch in Particular.
  
• To Ensure Effective Tracking Mechanism for Delinquent Customers.
