Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be the primary point of contact for our high-net-worth clients, providing exceptional service and support related to their investment portfolios.
What you will do: Provide excellent client service, resolve client queries, and assist with account maintenance for high net worth individuals.
Key responsibility:
- Managing client relationships and communication.
- Providing timely and accurate information to clients.
- Resolving client queries and issues efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- Processing client transactions.
- Working collaboratively with other team members.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a client-facing role is desirable.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
