Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Agent based in Ahmedabad. The Collection Agent will be responsible for managing and ensuring the recovery of due payments from customers, conducting debt collection activities, managing cash collections, and maintaining records. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service while following company policies and legal guidelines during interactions with customers.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection for financial services
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain professional interactions with clients
