Requisition Description
- Project oversight: Lead and manage Gen AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategic Planning: Independently work with stakeholders across functions in identifying areas for deployment of AI solutions which will result in improved productivity and overall organization benefits. Develop and implement project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in the development and deployment of Gen AI models and solutions. The guidance could be in the form of in-house development as well as through third party vendors specializing in the proposed use case.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Innovation: Drive innovation by exploring and implementing cutting-edge Gen AI technologies and methodologies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in all Gen AI projects.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project processes, outcomes and lessons learned.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets and demonstrate the return on investment.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in AL/ML with experience of independently leading projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, Java), experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering successful AI projects.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in BFSI segment will get preference
