About the Role

Kotak Securities is seeking a highly driven Website Owner to lead the strategy, optimization, and execution of our pre-login website. This role sits within the Marketing team and requires a deep understanding of website functionalities, UI/UX, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and AI-driven innovation. The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors, tech teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that the website delivers industry-best features, SEO best practices, and seamless user experiences.

This is an onsite role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with internal teams to drive sprints, MarTech integrations, and AI implementation for website enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Strategy & Development

• Define and execute the roadmap for new sections and functionalities for the pre-login website.
• Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to maximize user engagement and lead generation.
• Collaborate with tech, design, and vendor teams to develop and execute website enhancements.
• 
  Own and manage UI/UX design to create industry-best user experiences.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in SEO, web vitals, and accessibility.

2. Content & User Experience Management

• Own and Oversee CMS management for seamless content updates and consistency.
• Ensure that content aligns with the latest industry trends and user behavior insights.
• Optimize website structure and navigation to enhance user experience and accessibility.

3. AI-Driven Innovations & Personalization

• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities for website automation and personalization.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for content generation, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
• Leverage NLP (Natural Language Processing) tools to simplify content and improve user engagement.

4.. Stakeholder & Sprint Management

• Work closely with product, design, and tech teams to execute new initiatives.
• Own the sprint planning for website development and enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships for website development, SEO, and automation solutions.

5. SEO & Web Performance Optimization

• Implement SEO best practices

• Monitor and optimize Google Core Web Vitals to ensure high-performing page speed and responsiveness.
• Manage Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC) to track website performance.
• Drive structured A/B testing for continuous improvement of user engagement and conversions.

6. Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, design, and analytics.
• Act as the bridge between marketing and technology teams, ensuring website enhancements align with business goals.
• Drive an agile and vibrant marketing environment, fostering innovation and collaboration.
