Job Description
Job Title: Finance- PPP Expert
Service Line: Government & Public Sector
Sub-service line: IIDA
Base Location: Mumbai, on-site, no work from home
Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance, or Master's in Planning, or Chartered Accountancy (CA)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Involvement in more than 3 infrastructure projects where financial assessment (including financial modelling), feasibility studies, appraisal, or transaction advisory support was provided

- Strong background in Transaction Advisory and Financial Analysis for infrastructure projects
- Prior experience working on Government engagements or assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial assessments and develop financial models for infrastructure projects
- Provide transaction advisory support including feasibility studies and project appraisals
- Collaborate with government clients and stakeholders to deliver financial insights and recommendations
- Support PPP structuring and implementation strategies
