We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to lead and manage large-scale digital transformation initiatives within government, public sector, or externally aided projects (EAPs).
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in managing enterprise digital transformation programs funded by international agencies such as the World Bank, ADB, JICA, or similar institutions.
The role requires strategic leadership capabilities, stakeholder management expertise, program governance experience, and strong understanding of large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
Candidates should have proven experience handling projects with a value exceeding 50 Crores or USD 10 Million while driving end-to-end digital modernization, governance, implementation, and program execution activities.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic technology initiatives.
- Drive program planning, governance, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of externally aided projects (EAPs).
- Manage stakeholder coordination across government departments, implementation agencies, consultants, technology partners, and funding institutions.
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational and project objectives.
- Drive modernization initiatives including digital governance, enterprise technology adoption, process transformation, and operational efficiency programs.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, resource allocation, and overall program performance.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, funding agency guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital transformation roadmaps.
- Drive project reporting, status reviews, governance meetings, and strategic decision-making support for leadership teams.
- Manage vendor coordination, implementation oversight, and quality assurance activities across projects.
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies during transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Program Management, or Technology Consulting roles.
- Mandatory experience working on at least one Externally Aided Project (EAP) funded by World Bank, ADB, JICA, or similar international agencies.
- Experience managing projects with value exceeding 50 Crores or USD 10 Million.
- Strong expertise in large-scale Digital Transformation Programs and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of program governance, project execution, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with Government, PSU, Smart Governance, or large enterprise transformation projects preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA / M.Tech / MCA mandatory.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture, digital governance, smart infrastructure, or public digital transformation projects will be an added advantage
