>> ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
oDesign reliable, scalable, highly available ML solutions.
oFormulate model-based solutions by utilizing machine learning, optimization, and simulation techniques.
oDesign, adapt, and visualize solutions based on evolving requirements and communicate them through presentations, scenarios, and stories.
oAbility to pick up domain knowledge through discussions with client, business counterparts, internal/external literature, and utilize it to develop solutions and ML models. Analyse scenarios across various industries and understand business objectives
oPerform literature survey to determine best applicable techniques machine learning and modelling techniques. Simplify and present solutions and ideas.
oMake a business case for utilizing machine learning; articulate, visualize and present insights from the models in business terms familiar to customers; confidently provide recommendations to management; write presentations, reports, and working papers in power point, word, or excel.
oWork with multiple business/functions and industry verticals to create proof of concepts (POCs)/Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) etc. and guiding customers through to production deployment and operationalization of projects.
oWork independently with business stakeholders and senior leaders along with a cross-functional team
>> THE INDIVIDUAL
oImplemented machine learning algorithms. Understanding of mathematical programming, linear and non-linear programming, scheduling & optimization algorithms is a plus.
oDemonstrated understanding of different domains such supply chain, finance, operations, sales, and marketing would be a nice to have.
oHands-on experience and expertise in python and various libraries to develop machine learning models and extensive data wrangling; machine learning and MLOPs experience on Azure, AWS, or GCP; good understanding of utilizing compute clusters, instances, and databricks.
oCertifications on cloud technologies is a plus
oManaged direct interactions with clients and customer individuals
oGood grasp and experience of data structures, algorithms, and OOPS concepts.
oAbility to translate, structure, and design solutions based on vague business problems is a must have.
oAbility to visualize, analyse, validate, and articulate results using power point, excel, and/or word documents.
oOpen to exploring new tools and techniques for implementation
oStrong problem solving and logical approach skills

oAbility to work under pressure – stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours

>> Qualification
oDegrees in computer science, industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics, machine learning or related fields
oMust have studied subjects like machine learning, NLP, operations research, statistical analysis, and optimization techniques
o3+ years of hands-on development experience with Python and 2+ years of machine learning experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP
oExperience in stakeholder interaction, solutioning, and independently managing client-facing projects
