Job Description
- As a professional working at KPMG in India, you will be part of a team affiliated with KPMG International Limited, leveraging a global network of firms while being well-versed in local laws, regulations, markets, and competition. Established in August 1993, KPMG in India has a presence in various cities including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Vadodara, and Vijayawada.
Your responsibilities will include book-keeping tasks such as maintaining accurate records of daily transactions, preparing monthly, quarterly, and MIS reports, reconciling bank statements, participating in financial audits, and assisting in the implementation of financial policies while effectively coordinating with stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you should possess strong domain knowledge, accounting expertise, and experience. Additionally, having excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analytics skills, along with proficiency in communication (both written and verbal), leadership, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines are essential. Relevant certifications, teamwork capabilities, understanding of IT systems, proficiency in MS Office tools, and experience with SAP or Oracle will be advantageous.

As a Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, or ACCA with 5-12 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable firm, you should demonstrate integrity, uphold values and principles, showcase a strong work ethic, and lead by example. A willingness to travel within India or abroad is expected in this role.,
