Location: Pune

Implement and configure Celonis Process Mining solutions to analyze and optimize business processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

Interpret process mining insights and prepare reports for business teams.

Work closely with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of Celonis with existing systems.

Support continuous improvement initiatives using process analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

Celonis Process Mining: Hands-on experience in building and deploying process mining models.

Process Mining Expertise: Strong understanding of process discovery, conformance checking, and performance analysis.

SQL: Proficiency in writing complex queries for data manipulation and analysis.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Experience with data visualization tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years of experience in process mining and data analytics.
