Change Management Consultant

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in change management.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills.
