Job Description
- You should have at least 5 years of experience in SAP IS-Retail implementation and support. In this role, you are required to have a strong understanding of retail business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include facilitating the implementation and support of SAP IS-Retail solutions, performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements, and providing appropriate system solutions. You will also be involved in designing, customizing, configuring, and testing the SAP IS-Retail module. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, provide training to end-users, and act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving software problems. Proactively identifying and proposing business process and/or system enhancements will also be part of your role, along with documenting customer requirements, system configurations, and changes.

To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Full-time education in BE/BTech/MBA/MCA and SAP Certification are also required.,
