What role will you play in the team?
As a Tax Staff Accountant, you will be an important contributor to our tax team, assisting with the preparation and analysis of tax information. You will work under the guidance of senior accountants to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings, contributing to our clients' financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Analyze financial data and tax information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support tax research and planning.
- Assist with tax audits by gathering and organizing documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax records.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax information.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare tax reports and presentations under supervision.
Required Qualification and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., TurboTax, TaxAct)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant IRS forms and publications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
